Diverse Transitions, LLC is a consultancy offering management consulting, facilitation, and coaching in organizational change management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and team building. We are available to all types of companies and audiences including executives, mid-level managers, and employees; for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Susan Hill Edwards, Ph.D. is the founder of Diverse Transitions, LLC. She is a seasoned organizational development leader, organizational change management professional, facilitator, and Agile Coach. With 20+ years of experience, Susan partners to facilitate, teach, coach, and galvanize readiness, process improvement, and professional development. She has worked internally and externally with companies such as Truist, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), TravelPort, Coca-Cola, Cox Communications, Philips, Kimberly-Clark, Assurant, the Emory Healthcare and Wake Forest Healthcare Networks, and a confidential homeless shelter for sex-trafficking victims. Susan is a recipient of the Association for Talent Development’s Champion of Learning Award, a previous International Women’s Day Speaker for Coca-Cola, and is a US Navy Veteran. She has served on several organizational boards and advisory groups.
